1. What is your return policy?

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective items within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be in new condition and in their original packaging to qualify.

Yes, return shipping is completely free. A prepaid return label is included in your package. There are also no restocking fees.

4. How long do refunds take?

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 10 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method, and you’ll receive a confirmation email when it’s complete.
